SALES POLICY
Orders can not be altered after order is processed.
Refunds and Exchanges can only be made if product has not been opened.
Refunds will include a $5 restocking fee.

Skin Care with Lizzy ships to most countries worldwide via USPS or UPS for all domestic packages and DHL for all international packages. Alaska, Hawaii, addresses will be via USPS and or Fedex
Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:
$9.00 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA
$14.00 flat fee for all international countries we ship to worldwide
Orders can be tracked at USPS.com / UPS.com/DHL.com
The processing time for orders is 7-14 business days hours. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 1-3 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.
SkinCare with Liz LLC is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Packages undeliverable by FedEx SmartPost, USPS, DHL and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
